In a year from now:
1. You will wake up with more energy and confidence, knowing that your daily habits will frame your day.
2. You will be the creator of your day instead of your day creating you.
3. Your daily food, fitness and mindset habits will give you confidence in sharing your own mission with others.
4. You will be able to tune into your body and take action accordingly by feeling into your body's needs and know exactly what food, fitness and mindset habits your body needs to support it.
5. You'll be a part of an inclusive community that "gets" you; you won't have to explain yourself, the daily ups and downs you deal with, in living with chronic pain.
6. You'll learn tools and techniques to manage and befriend your pain (yes, I said make friends with!), and be in a community of others who are learning the same thing as well.
